1 in 9 people on this planet do not live with safe and clean drinking water. Together, we can help those in need!
My team and I at the University of Tulsa, Engineers Without Border Chapter accept the initiative to only drink water for 36 hours from October 4 - 6 (that's right, no food whatsoever!) in order to bring awareness to the water crisis of the world and to help us fund our project to build latrines and showers for a village in Machacamarca, Bolivia. This November, my team will be traveling to fulfill our goals of providing sanitation and water as well as educating our friends at Machacamarca about the importance of healthy living. Help us take our first step to providing better living to the people of Machacamarca, Bolivia!
We know one initiative cannot help everyone, but small steps add up to be giant leaps. So even the smallest of donations can help us reach our goal to provide the basic need of clean water to the people of this world.
