I'm fasting for 36 hours as part of a ten-year tradition with Engineers in Action. Please support my efforts to make sure EIA can continue doing this collaborative work with Engineers Without Borders (EWB) to help communities in Bolivia!
Just a small donation will go a long way to helping me meet my goal for Engineers in Action. I am a Senior at the University of Tulsa, and this is my second year in EWB. I am thrilled to once again have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of those who desperately need it. Our team's plan of action has changed drastically given the COVID-19-related travel bans, but I am very grateful to be part of a group that is dedicated to finding new and innovative ways to complete our mission of making a quantifiable difference in Bolivia.
Your donations will help us remotely supply materials and instruction to Bolivians as they build more than four latrine buildings each containing both a shower and a toilet. The pandemic has prevented us from going to Bolivia ourselves, but with your help, we will be able to support the indigenous people as they learn to construct the latrines themselves. .
